Senior Motion Control & Mechatronics Engineer

We're looking for an experienced motion control engineer to take full ownership of the motion systems behind an exciting, multidisciplinary Physical AI product.

Join a well-established startup developing advanced mechatronic systems combining precision mechanics, motion control, electronics, and intelligent software.

The challenge:

• Design and implement complex, multi-axis motion systems.
• Define system architecture and select motors, drives, transmissions, sensors, and controllers.
• Develop motion algorithms, trajectories, and control strategies.
• Lead integration, tuning, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Own the solution from concept to a reliable, working product.

What you bring:

• Proven professional experience designing and delivering complex motion control systems.
• Strong understanding of servo systems, feedback control, and motion dynamics.
• Hands-on experience implementing and tuning real motion systems.
• Ability to independently lead multidisciplinary engineering challenges.
• Robotics experience is a significant advantage.
• BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is an advantage.
