About You:

You genuinely love technology. You think about architecture while walking home. You care about clean abstractions, production readiness, and performance under real-world constraints.

You're curious about how AI agents work, how systems communicate, and how to secure increasingly autonomous software.

You don't just ship code. You build systems that scale.

• 5+ years of backend development experience with Python, Rust, or similar.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable production systems.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), including deployment and scaling.
• Strong problem-solving skills in system architecture, security, performance, and efficiency.
• A team player who communicates clearly, collaborates effectively, and takes ownership.
• Experience with LLMs, AI agents, MCP, or AI infrastructure is a plus, but curiosity matters just as much.

What You Will Do:

• Build the security infrastructure for AI and autonomous agents, enabling enterprises to discover, monitor, and control AI interactions and agentic actions in real time.
• Design and develop high-performance backend systems that process and enforce security policies across AI traffic, tool calls, and agent workflows.
• Solve complex engineering challenges involving network protocols, traffic inspection, system performance, and scalability.
• Develop enterprise-grade security capabilities to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorized AI activity.
• Design and optimize systems deployed across cloud and enterprise environments.
• Work alongside experienced engineers, contribute to core architectural decisions, and help shape the product in an early-stage, high-impact environment.
