NONO GROUP is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Production Artist to join our Marketing Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adapting and resizing existing designs for various platforms, including social media, digital campaigns, banners, and signage.
• Producing marketing and Point of Sale (POS) materials for our restaurants, including menus, flyers, signage, stickers, and labels.
• Preparing print-ready files and working with print houses and external suppliers.
• Creating design adaptations and resizing campaign materials across all group brands.
• Basic image editing and retouching of food photography.
• Using AI tools for image creation, editing, and improving workflow efficiency.
• Maintaining brand consistency and adhering to the visual guidelines of each brand.
• Managing and organizing the graphic assets and design library.
• Working closely with designers, the marketing team, and restaurant branches while meeting tight deadlines.
  

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Graphic Production Artist or Graphic Designer.
• Strong proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Familiarity with AI design tools.
• Knowledge and experience in preparing print-ready files.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Portfolio required.

Advantages:

• Experience in video editing and basic animation (Premiere, After Effects, CapCut).
• Familiarity with Figma.
• Experience in the food and restaurant industry.

• ביצוע והתאמת עיצובים קיימים לפלטפורמות שונות: סושיאל, דיגיטל, באנרים ושילוט.
• הפקת חומרי פרסום ונקודות מכירה (POS) לסניפים: תפריטים, פליירים, שילוט, סטיקרים ומדבקות.
• הכנת קבצים לדפוס ועבודה מול בתי דפוס וספקים.
• ביצוע אדפטציות, הקטנות והגדלות לקמפיינים עבור כלל מותגי הקבוצה.
• עיבוד תמונה בסיסי וריטוש צילומי אוכל.
• שימוש בכלי AI ליצירה ועריכת תמונות ולייעול תהליכי עבודה.
• שמירה על השפה העיצובית והנחיות המותג של כל אחד ממותגי הקבוצה.
• ניהול וארגון ספריית קבצים וחומרים גרפיים.
• עבודה שוטפת מול מעצבים, צוות השיווק והסניפים, תוך עמידה בלוחות זמנים.

• ניסיון של שנה לפחות כביצועיסט/ית או מעצב/ת גרפי/ת.
• שליטה מלאה ב-Photoshop, Illustrator ו-InDesign.
• היכרות עם כלי AI לעיצוב.
• הבנה וניסיון בהכנת קבצים לדפוס.
• דיוק, ירידה לפרטים ויכולת עבודה על מספר משימות במקביל.
• תיק עבודות – חובה.
