Job Description:

• Leading technological projects from the idea stage through go-live.
• Identifying where AI can benefit the organization and researching available solutions in the market.
• Personally building initial solutions using tools such as Claude Code, APIs, and automations.
• Leading Data and BI projects together with BI developers.
• Working with vendors, Infrastructure, Information Security, and organizational users.

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience leading technological projects in a large organization.
• Personally built an AI solution as part of your work, rather than only leading or specifying one.
• Ability to explain how the solution is built at a High-Level.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, databases, and SQL.
• Familiarity with Data and BI.
• Business-oriented mindset and ability to communicate with customers.
• Experience working with Python – an advantage.
• Experience working in cloud environments – an advantage.
• Familiarity with Power BI – an advantage.
• Background in development or systems analysis – an advantage.
