Experienced in CRM implementation and passionate about turning business requirements into practical system solutions?

A leading organization in Central Israel is looking for a CRM Implementation Specialist with experience in Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics to implement, configure, and support business processes within enterprise CRM systems.

This hands-on role combines CRM configuration, business requirements analysis, workflow implementation, user support, and collaboration with technical and business teams.

You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, translate business processes into system configurations, and support the successful adoption of CRM solutions.

What You'll Do

• Implement and configure business processes in CRM systems.
• Work with Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics environments.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into practical CRM solutions.
• Configure entities, fields, workflows, user roles, profiles, and access permissions.
• Customize CRM functionality using built-in configuration capabilities.
• Support users during system implementations, process changes, and ongoing operations.
• Investigate system issues and provide professional support to CRM users.
• Collaborate with development, integration, and business teams.
• Perform functional testing and validate system changes and enhancements.
• Document business processes, system configurations, and implemented solutions.

Requirements

• Professional experience implementing or configuring CRM systems.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce OR Microsoft Dynamics. Experience with both is not required.
• Understanding of business processes and requirements analysis.
• Experience configuring CRM workflows, processes, and system functionality.
• Familiarity with user permissions, profiles, and roles.
• Ability to work directly with business users and stakeholders.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Systems thinking and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Advantages

• Experience with Salesforce Flow or Microsoft Power Automate.
• Familiarity with APIs and system integrations.
• SQL knowledge or experience.
• Professional Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics certification.
• Experience working in large enterprise environments.
