A leading financial organization in Central Israel is looking for a User Access Management Specialist to join its Identity Management operations team.

This is a hands-on, operational role focused on user access reviews, permissions management, access certification, and identity governance processes in a complex enterprise IT environment.

The position is suitable for candidates with a technical background and familiarity with user administration, access permissions, or Identity Management processes. Previous experience in Help Desk, IT Support, or IT Operations is an advantage.

What You'll Do

• Support daily Identity Management (IDM) and user access review activities.
• Prepare, organize, and validate user access and permissions data.
• Coordinate periodic access certification campaigns with system owners and internal teams.
• Collect, verify, and import access-related data into enterprise systems.
• Configure and monitor access review tasks and follow up on their completion.
• Assist users and reviewers with technical and operational issues.
• Track access review findings and coordinate required corrections.
• Work with Active Directory, user accounts, groups, and permissions information.
• Prepare operational reports and status updates for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT, business, and information security teams.
• Support identity governance processes and SOX compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Identity Management, user administration, or access permissions processes.
• Basic understanding of Active Directory, user accounts, groups, and permissions.
• Technical orientation and ability to work with enterprise IT systems.
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn new systems and processes independently.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate activities across multiple teams and work independently.
• Basic English proficiency.

Advantages

• Previous experience in Help Desk, IT Support, IT Operations, or user administration.
• Familiarity with Identity & Access Management (IAM) or access review processes.
• Knowledge of Open Systems environments and databases.
• Basic familiarity with Mainframe or AS400 environments.
• Experience with SailPoint SecurityIQ or similar identity governance solutions.
