Role Description-

• Serving as a Senior AI Engineer, joining a newly founded, high-impact AI R&D group focused exclusively on architecting next-generation Agentic AI and intelligent digital experience products.
• Reporting directly to the SVP of AI and collaborating hand-in-hand with the AI Chief Architect to design, prototype, and operationalize enterprise-grade AI systems.
• Building and productionizing autonomous Agentic AI workflows, LLM applications, and reasoning pipelines capable of operating reliably on high-scale multimodal data.
• Designing and implementing scalable, fault-tolerant backend infrastructures and inference services on top of modern cloud environments.
• Translating advanced AI research and foundational models into customer-facing SaaS capabilities used by millions of enterprise users worldwide.
• Setting engineering best practices for model evaluation, latency optimization, observability, and data safety across production AI workloads.

Requirements-

• Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline – Mandatory
• At least 6 years of proven professional hands-on experience as an AI Engineer / Machine Learning Engineer – Mandatory
• Advanced, production-grade software development expertise in Python – Mandatory
• Solid hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying scalable architectures within Cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) – Mandatory
• Practical hands-on expertise building and operationalizing LLMs, Generative AI models, and modern AI engineering toolchains in production – Mandatory
• Strong technical communication, architectural mindset, and fluent professional capabilities in English (written and verbal) – Mandatory
