About the Role

A customer service team in Tel Aviv is seeking friendly, service-oriented representatives to support customers and business partners using an online food-ordering platform.

The role focuses on providing efficient, empathetic assistance through live chat, helping resolve order-related enquiries and delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support through live chat.
• Assist customers with enquiries relating to food orders and the ordering platform.
• Support restaurant and business partners with service-related requests.
• Handle multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously.
• Communicate clearly and professionally while resolving customer issues.
• Maintain a high standard of service, patience and empathy.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential.
• Strong written and spoken Hebrew communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Empathetic, patient and proactive approach to customer service.
• Availability for at least four shifts per week, including a combination of morning and evening shifts on weekdays.
• Willingness to work weekends.
• Availability to start within one to two weeks.
