What You'll Do

• Find and engage technology professionals through LinkedIn, job boards, and digital recruitment platforms.
• Conduct telephone interviews and learn how to evaluate candidates' experience, skills, and career goals.
• Build relationships with candidates and guide them through recruitment processes.
• Present job opportunities and encourage suitable candidates to explore new career paths.
• Use sourcing tools, AI-powered technologies, and recruitment platforms.
• Publish job opportunities across relevant recruitment channels.
• Learn about technology roles, IT environments, and the high-tech job market.
• Collaborate with experienced recruiters and develop professional recruitment skills.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in telephone and/or face-to-face sales — required.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, or Psychology — required.
• Strong sales mindset and ability to engage, influence, and motivate people.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in initiating conversations and building relationships.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to understand people's needs.
• High motivation, initiative, and a proactive approach.
• Fast learning abilities and an interest in technology.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

No previous recruitment experience is required. Full professional training will be provided.

Nice to Have

• Recruitment internship or practical experience in a recruitment department.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment or other candidate-facing roles.
