Role Description-

• Serving as a Senior High-Speed Hardware / Board Design Engineer, driving end-to-end development of complex, dense digital boards powering next-generation high-speed networking and datacenter platforms.
• Leading the complete hardware lifecycle: from initial architecture definition and component selection to schematic design, PCB layout supervision, board bring-up, and laboratory system integration.
• Designing and implementing ultra-high-speed interfaces and signaling protocols, including 112G SerDes, PAM4, PCIe Gen5/6, DDR5, and 400G/800G Ethernet.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with ASIC, Firmware, Layout, Mechanical, and System Architecture squads to ensure seamless hardware-software-silicon integration.
• Driving laboratory validation, electrical characterization, debugging, and board-level compliance testing using high-bandwidth oscilloscopes and advanced test equipment.
• Managing design challenges related to thermal performance, power delivery networks, and high-frequency noise immunity.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. in Electrical / Electronics Engineering from an accredited academic institution – Mandatory
• At least 3 years of proven professional hands-on experience in Board Design – Mandatory
• Deep, proven practical expertise in High-Speed Digital Design and high-frequency interfaces – Mandatory
• Solid hands-on experience across the full board development lifecycle: schematic capture, component selection, bill of materials (BOM), and laboratory Bring-Up – Mandatory
• Hands-on proficiency with standard high-speed lab instrumentation (e.g., high-bandwidth oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers) – Mandatory
• Professional technical communication and documentation capabilities in English (written and verbal) – Mandatory
