Experienced in designing complex enterprise systems, distributed architectures, and hybrid cloud solutions?

A leading financial organization in Central Israel is looking for an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design of complex, large-scale technology solutions.

This role focuses on modern enterprise architecture, Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, and hybrid environments combining AWS with on-premises infrastructure.

You'll work across development, infrastructure, DevOps, security, and business teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and practical technology solutions.

What You'll Do

• Design and define architecture for complex enterprise systems and distributed applications.
• Lead solution design based on Microservices and Event-Driven Architecture.
• Architect hybrid solutions integrating AWS and on-premises environments.
• Guide large-scale technology projects from initial design through implementation.
• Translate business needs and technical requirements into practical architecture solutions.
• Evaluate technology alternatives and recommend appropriate architectural approaches.
• Collaborate with Software Development, Infrastructure, DevOps, Information Security, and business teams.
• Ensure architectural solutions align with organizational standards and security principles.
• Present architectural designs, alternatives, and recommendations to technical and management stakeholders.
• Provide architectural guidance to technical teams addressing complex system challenges.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of modern enterprise and distributed systems architecture.
• Significant experience designing Microservices and Event-Driven Architecture solutions.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on familiarity with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS.
• Experience designing hybrid architectures integrating Cloud and On-Premise environments.
• Experience leading architecture processes in large-scale technology projects.
• Familiarity with information security principles and architectural standards.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple technical and business teams.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• High proficiency in English.
• Broad systems thinking and the ability to make complex architectural decisions.
