A leading organization in Central Israel is looking for a motivated Service Operations Coordinator to join its fast-paced operations team.

This is a dynamic, people-oriented role focused on coordinating field technicians, managing daily schedules, responding to real-time changes, and ensuring smooth service delivery to business customers.

We're looking for someone who is organized, proactive, service-oriented, and knows how to find solutions when plans change.

Previous experience in service coordination or operations is not required.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and schedule daily assignments for field technicians and contractors.
• Distribute tasks based on work plans, schedules, and technician availability.
• Monitor the progress of service requests and ongoing assignments.
• Support SLA compliance and respond quickly to urgent operational needs.
• Handle scheduling changes, unexpected issues, and operational exceptions in real time.
• Provide support to business customers via phone and chat.
• Communicate with technicians and contractors to coordinate updates and changes.
• Collaborate with customer service, sales, and internal operations teams.
• Coordinate between customers, technicians, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Work with operational systems, email, and Excel.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date task statuses.

Advantages

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, administration, or operations.

Working Hours

• Regular working hours: 08:00–17:00.
• Late shift: 10:00–19:00, once or twice per week.
• Availability for both schedules is required.
