About WNC Education

WNC Education (wnc-edu.com) is an online learning platform built for Arabic-speaking students in Israel, from school all the way to university. Everything is available in Arabic, Hebrew and English. The platform has two worlds:

• Programming: a practice site with a large bank of coding questions, an in-browser code runner for Python, Java, C# and C++, a coding lab, timed contests, and a points-and-rewards system. It is built for students preparing for MAHAT programming exams, university programming courses, Bagrut and technical interviews.

• Academy: structured learning paths with graded exercises for school subjects, growing one field at a time.

Alongside the platform we run live programs: WNC COMPLETE sessions, one-day workshops and an AI program for teens.

What you will be selling

• Practice+: the monthly Premium subscription to the practice site (30 ILS/month).

• WNC COMPLETE: a one-time full-access package (199 ILS).

Both are bought online, by card, through our payment gateway. Your customer types your personal code at checkout and gets 5 ILS off. No invoicing, no collecting money, no delivery on your side.

The role

We are opening our Sales Codes program and looking for independent, self-driven people who know students and parents in the Arab community in Israel. You get a personal referral code and you promote WNC your own way: your network, your school or university, student groups, your Instagram or TikTok, parents' circles.

No office, no shifts, no minimum quota. You decide how much time you put in.

How you earn

• One commission for every new customer who pays with your code, calculated on the net sale (after VAT and payment fees).

• The rate climbs with your monthly total: 20% for 1–50 sales in a month, 30% for 51–100, 35% for 101–150, 40% for 151 and up. The counter resets on the 1st of each month.

• Example: every WNC COMPLETE sale pays you between 30 and 60 ILS depending on your tier.

• Monthly statement, paid by bank transfer or Bit. The payment gateway's report is the single source of truth for sales.

What this is, and what it is not

• This is a freelance agreement, not employment. You are an independent agent, you are not an employee, and there is no fixed salary.

• The agreement is non-exclusive: you can work with other companies.

• You sign the agreement online in minutes and receive your code right after.

• No tax file is required to join.

Requirements

• 18 or older with a valid ID.

• Fluent Arabic and a real connection to students in Israel. Hebrew or English is a plus.

• Clean selling only: no unsolicited bulk messages, no paid ads in WNC's name, no promises that are not on our website, no posting the code on public coupon sites.

• An advantage: an active Instagram or TikTok, or a network inside schools, colleges or universities.

How to apply

Send your CV, or even a short message telling us who you are, where your audience is and how you plan to sell. We reply to everyone, and accepted agents receive the agreement and their code within days.
