Information Technology Manager

COMBLACK is hiring a Systems Manager!

We are looking for an experienced Systems Manager to join a dynamic technology team, combining business requirements analysis, technical system design, and end-to-end process management in a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee information systems and related business processes.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Write detailed technical specification documents.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead end-to-end processes from requirements gathering through implementation.
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in Systems Management – Mandatory.
• Proven experience writing technical specification documents – Mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle and SQL – Mandatory.
• Experience working with Jira and Agile methodologies – Mandatory.
• Experience with banking systems – Significant advantage.
