Head of Artificial Intelligence

COMBLACK is hiring a Head of AI for a leading healthcare organization in Central Israel!

We are looking for an experienced AI leader to drive the organization's Artificial Intelligence strategy, lead innovation initiatives, and accelerate digital transformation through impactful AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the organization's AI strategy and drive AI adoption across business units.
• Identify and implement innovative AI and Generative AI solutions that deliver measurable business value.
• Lead cross-organizational AI projects and digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior management, business stakeholders, and technology teams.
• Evaluate AI technologies, solutions, and implementation opportunities.
• Manage vendor relationships, tender processes, and negotiations.

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of experience leading cross-organizational projects – Mandatory.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) – Mandatory.
• Proven experience leading innovation initiatives or digital transformation processes.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI solutions and leading AI technologies.
• Experience working with senior management and business stakeholders.
• Experience preparing tenders and managing negotiations.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
