In-House Legal Counsel & Export Compliance Officer

A leading global technology company operating in international markets is looking for an experienced In-House Legal Counsel & Export Compliance Officer to join its legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

▪ Draft, review, negotiate, and manage complex commercial agreements with customers, suppliers, distributors, and strategic partners.

▪ Lead export control and trade compliance activities, including licensing processes, regulatory submissions, internal controls, and engagement with relevant authorities.

▪ Support international business operations by ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and corporate policies.

▪ Contribute to company-wide compliance initiatives, including privacy, anti-corruption, sanctions, and ethical business conduct programs.

▪ Manage external legal counsel and coordinate legal support across multiple jurisdictions when required.

Requirements:

▪ Qualified lawyer and member of the Israeli Bar Association.

▪ At least 5 years of relevant experience gained in a leading law firm and/or as in-house counsel.

▪ Proven experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements in English.

▪ Experience supporting international business activities and working with global stakeholders.

▪ Strong commercial mindset with the ability to provide pragmatic and solution-oriented legal advice.

▪ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

▪ Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a dynamic business environment.

▪ Fluent English, both written and spoken.
