Bookkeeper

We are looking for a hands-on Bookkeeper with 3–5 years of experience to join our finance team and support accounting operations in a global environment. The role is open to full-time or 80% employment, depending on experience and fit.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping
• Perform bank, credit card, vendor, and customer reconciliations
• Handle multi-currency accounting and intercompany transactions
• Support invoicing and revenue processes
• Prepare and submit statutory reports to Israeli authorities (VAT, Form 102, etc.)
• Prepare vendor payments and maintain accurate accounting records
• Participate in month-end closing activities and investigate discrepancies in financial reports
• Work with NetSuite, Dokka, and Mesh as part of day-to-day finance operations

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
• Experience in a global company with international operations - required; high-tech environment preferred
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite - required
• Practical experience with multi-currency accounting and intercompany transactions
• Experience working with Excel as part of day-to-day accounting activities
• Ability to handle routine written communication in English, using digital tools as needed
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with colleagues across locations and time zones
