We’re looking for an ambitious and proactive Junior Sales Manager to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and support the sales process from initial outreach to closing.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients across global markets.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, networking, and industry events.
• Build relationships with advertisers, app developers, agencies, and brands.
• Understand client needs and introduce relevant Z2A Digital solutions.
• Manage leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Conduct introductory calls and keep sales activities organized in our CRM.
• Research new markets, companies, and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Media Buying, and Operations teams.
• Represent Z2A Digital at relevant industry events and conferences.

Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need to know everything about digital advertising on day one. We value attitude, communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

• Native or near-native English proficiency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ambitious, proactive, and motivated to succeed.
• Commercially minded, curious, and results-oriented.
• Confident approaching new people and building relationships.
• Organized, independent, and comfortable taking ownership.
• A fast learner who enjoys working in a dynamic, international environment.

Experience in sales, business development, digital advertising, mobile apps, SaaS, affiliate marketing, media, or technology is an advantage, but not required. Additional languages are a strong plus.
