Simplex 3D builds a SaaS platform combining photorealistic 3D, geospatial data, and AI tools for real estate and urban planning professionals.

About the Role

We’re looking for an architecture graduate who enjoys working with buildings, 3D models, and technology to help turn architectural projects into interactive environments.

You’ll work with architecture firms and ArchViz studios, build automated workflows for processing their models, and develop procedural tools for generating buildings and cities. AI will be central to your daily work, supported by your architectural knowledge, visual judgment, and basic programming skills.

What You’ll Do

• Work directly with architects and visualization studios to receive models and plans, understand their structure, and coordinate technical requirements.
• Build AI-assisted automations to clean, classify, repair, remesh, optimize, and transfer architectural models into Unreal Engine and other 3D environments.
• Develop procedural scripts and workflows for generating buildings and cities for Unreal Engine and web environments.
• Validate results for architectural accuracy, visual quality, and performance, and improve workflows alongside our development team.

Requirements

• B.Arch or M.Arch degree in Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Revit and creating architectural renderings.
• Basic experience with visual programming or scripting, such as Grasshopper, Dynamo, Blueprints, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
• Confidence using AI tools and a desire to build, test, and troubleshoot AI-assisted workflows.
• Good communication skills, attention to detail, and a practical approach to solving problems.

Advantages

• Experience with Unreal Engine, Blender, or 3ds Max.
• Familiarity with procedural modeling, BIM data, model optimization, or automated asset pipelines.
• Personal or academic projects combining architecture, programming, and AI.
