Key Responsibilities 

We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented professional with strong logistics expertise, excellent organizational and managerial skills, and proven experience working with Priority ERP. The ideal candidate is a reliable and driven professional who combines operational excellence with a systematic mindset, takes ownership of responsibilities, and understands the importance of accuracy, traceability and efficiency in a technology-driven environment.

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing and shipment preparation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure full alignment between physical stock and the system.
• Manage and execute warehouse transactions and inventory processes, including goods receipts, material movements, stock adjustments and order fulfillment.
• Ensure proper identification, organization, traceability and handling of a diverse range of products, components and materials.
• Coordinate material availability and order readiness with procurement, production, engineering and logistics teams.
• Establish and maintain efficient warehouse procedures high operational standards and accurate documentation.
• Identify operational gaps, improve workflows and drive continuous improvement across warehouse and logistics activities.
• Take full ownership of warehouse organization, inventory accuracy and operational readiness.

Requirements 

• Proven experience managing warehouse operations and inventory in a technology, electronics, manufacturing or similar environment.
• Hands-on experience with Priority ERP - a key requirement.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, material control and end-to-end logistics processes.
• Experience handling diverse product categories, including electronic equipment, hardware and mechanical components.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
• A proactive, hardworking and responsible individual with a hands-on approach and the ability to work independently.
• Demonstrated ability to manage priorities, maintain high standards and collaborate effectively across departments.
