DevOps Manager

About the position:

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Team Leader to join our Engineering team and play a key role in building and operating our new SaaS platform. The ideal candidate will have to establish and build the new SaaS solution and platform from design and architecture to production environments at scale, driving cloud transformation initiatives, and supporting the migration of enterprise systems from on-premises deployments to modern SaaS and cloud architecture.

You will be responsible for designing, automating, and maintaining scalable infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes that support both our core products and emerging AI-driven capabilities. Working closely with Engineering, Product, and AI teams, you will help ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our services while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across our technology stack.

Responsibilities:

• Team building, mentoring and elevating team members, increasing overall squad seniority and engineering standards
• Lead the design and development of scalable, high-quality SaaS platfrom
• Own architectural decisions and ensure alignment with product and business needs
• Contribute hands-on to development, especially in complex or critical areas
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted development practices and modern SDLC methodologies.
• Improve development velocity, code quality, and testing practices
• Collaborate closely with software architects, CloudOps and SRE to deploy cohesive solutions
• Establish and enforce best practices for DevOps
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure
• Demonstrate strong production ownership, including incident management, root cause analysis, capacity planning, and performance optimization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, deployment, and production issues.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Team Lead
• Experience in team building and DevOps management.
• Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience building a SaaS product with CI/CD, feature flags and other best practices.
• Experience supporting AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI workloads, including familiarity with MLOps concepts, AI deployment platforms, or cloud-based AI services.
• Strong knowledge of IaC like Terraform.
• Experience with Kubernetes, ArgoCD, and Helm/Kustomize.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
