A leading healthcare organization in Central Israel is looking for an experienced QA Tester to join its Digital Web team.

This is an opportunity to work on complex web applications, investigate technical issues, test APIs and databases, and collaborate with development teams in a dynamic technology environment.

We're looking for a QA professional with at least 3 years of hands-on experience testing web applications in Client-Server environments, strong analytical skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality software.

What You'll Do

• Plan and execute manual software tests based on functional and technical specifications.
• Perform functional, system, integration, and cross-system testing.
• Write, document, and execute test plans and test cases.
• Test complex web applications in Client-Server environments.
• Perform API testing using Postman or Swagger.
• Work with databases to validate data and investigate technical issues.
• Analyze software defects, application logs, and system behavior.
• Document test results and defects using QA management tools.
• Ensure the availability of test data and required testing tools.
• Collaborate closely with development teams and business stakeholders.
• Work in Agile / Scrum development environments.
• Use AI tools as part of practical QA workflows, beyond basic chatbot interactions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on QA experience testing web applications in Client-Server environments.
• Professional QA training from a recognized college or educational institution.
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
• Experience writing test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
• Hands-on API testing experience using Postman or Swagger.
• Experience working with databases for testing and data validation.
• Experience investigating technical issues and application logs.
• Understanding of complex business and technical processes.
• Strong analytical thinking and technical troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to learn independently and investigate issues in depth.
• Excellent attention to detail and systematic working methods.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team.

Advantages

• Experience testing mobile applications on iOS and Android.
• Familiarity with GlassBox, Kibana, Couchbase, or Umbraco.
• Familiarity with test automation tools such as Playwright or Appium.

Position Details

• Location: Central Israel
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Work Model: Hybrid, according to organizational policy.
• Important: Full on-site attendance is required during the first three months, with no remote work during this period.
