Export Coordinator

About the Role:

Dr. Fischer is looking for an Export Coordinator to manage international customer orders, coordinate internally with Production Planning, Manufacturing and Warehouse teams, and oversee the shipment of orders overseas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive orders from international customers and understand their requirements, product specifications and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate and follow up on order execution with Production Planning, Manufacturing and Procurement teams across both plants.
• Monitor order progress and ensure adherence to delivery timelines.
• Coordinate overseas shipments with freight forwarders and customs brokers, including export documentation.
• Track the fulfillment process through to successful delivery to the customer.

Requirements:

• Practical Engineer diploma in Industrial Engineering & Management or a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in a similar role in order management, supply chain, logistics or export is an advantage.
• Very good English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong coordination, organizational and follow-up skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good interpersonal skills, a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently.

Location: Kedmat Galil Industrial Zone, Northern Israel.
