Data Product Manager

We're looking for an experienced Data Product Manager with strong business acumen and a solid understanding of data, analytics, and statistical models to lead data-driven products and solutions addressing complex business and strategic challenges.

What You'll Do

🔹 Lead data-driven products and solutions end-to-end, from understanding business needs to implementation and adoption.

🔹 Define solutions powered by analytical models and Machine Learning, translating business needs into clear data requirements.

🔹 Develop and manage product roadmaps and work plans.

🔹 Lead the development process in close collaboration with Data Scientists and Data Analysts.

🔹 Work with senior business stakeholders and cross-functional teams, presenting products, insights, and outcomes.

🔹 Define success metrics, measure product performance, and continuously optimize solutions.

What We're Looking For

✅ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field — required.

✅ At least 3 years of experience in Product Management within Data, Analytics, or AI — required.

✅ Strong understanding of data, analytical models, BI, and Machine Learning — required.

✅ Proven ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and solution specifications.

✅ Excellent presentation skills, including presenting insights and solutions to senior management.

✅ Experience working in an Agile environment, managing tasks, timelines, and deliverable quality.
