Proposal Coordinator

Amarel is hiring a Marketing & Tender Coordinator!

Amarel provides professional and complementary services to defense and civilian customers in Israel and worldwide. We are looking for a Tender & Proposal Coordinator! to lead tender response processes and proposal preparation for customers in Israel and abroad.

What will you do?

• Lead tender response processes, from receiving customer requirements and tender documents to preparing and submitting proposals.
• Coordinate and synchronize activities with business units, project managers, system engineers, contract teams, and other organizational stakeholders.
• Gather and consolidate information to prepare accurate, professional proposals that meet customer requirements and tender specifications.
• Monitor progress throughout the tender process and ensure effective collaboration between all relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher – mandatory.
• Previous experience preparing quotations and/or responding to international tenders – mandatory.
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint – mandatory.
• Familiarity with the maritime industry and naval systems.
• Valid driver's license – mandatory.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

Location: Krayot area, Israel (transportation services available).
