Inside Sales Specialist

Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Inside Sales Specialist to support our global sales activities and international distributor network. The position combines lead management, customer and distributor support, sales operations, CRM management, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Qualify and manage inbound sales leads.
• Support distributors and customers globally
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
• Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline accuracy
• Coordinate activities with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Service, and Regulatory teams
• Track opportunities and support sales forecasting
• Conduct follow-up activities with prospects, customers, and channel partners
• Gather market intelligence and customer feedback
  
  

• 3+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Operations or Customer Success
• Fluent both verbal and written English
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in an international environment
  
  

• Experience in medical devices, healthcare, EMS, or hospital markets
• Experience working with international distributors
• Additional European language(s)
• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
