Role Description The Maintenance Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Center District, Israel. This role is responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, utilities, and facility systems to ensure reliable operation and minimal downtime. The Maintenance Technician will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues, perform routine inspections, and document maintenance activities in accordance with internal procedures and quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include responding to equipment repair requests, coordinating with production and engineering teams to prioritize work, and assisting with equipment installations, upgrades, and calibrations. The role also involves following safety protocols, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and contributing to a clean, organized, and compliant manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in industrial equipment maintenance, including mechanical repair, basic electrical troubleshooting, and routine preventive maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as equipment manuals, schematics, work instructions, and maintenance records.
• Familiarity with manufacturing environments, preferably in medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries, and understanding of quality and safety standards.
• Practical skills in using hand tools, power tools, test instruments, and diagnostic equipment for maintenance and repair tasks.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced production setting.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams.
• Willingness to work on-site in Center District, Israel, with flexibility for shift work or overtime as required.
• Relevant technical education or apprenticeship in mechanics, mechatronics, industrial maintenance, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
