FP&A - Financial Business Partner

Location: Ramat HaHayal, Tel Aviv (4 days/week in-office) + 1 day/week on-site in Haifa

Position Overview

We are seeking a sharp, highly analytical, and business-oriented FP&A Specialist to lead financial planning and analysis as a sole function within the organization.

In this role, you will partner closely with key stakeholders across all departments, with a strong focus on supply chain,procurement, cost analysis, and inventory management. The ideal candidate brings a broad business perspective, proven experience partnering with operations/COO leadership, and a modern, tech-forward approach to leveraging AI tools for process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Business Partnering: Collaborate with cross-functional department leads to provide financial guidance,supporting strategic and operational decision-making.
• Cost & Margin Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of supply chain operations, procurement contracts, product costing, inventory valuation, and manufacturing costs.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead financial forecasting, build robust economic models, and perform variance analysis to track business performance.
• Process Optimization via AI: Leverage advanced AI tools and modern analytics applications to streamline financial workflows, reporting, and data analysis.
• Strategic Insights: Translate complex financial data into actionable insights, identifying risks, cost-saving opportunities, and efficiency gains for senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Professional Experience: 5–6 years of experience in FP&A or Financial Analyst roles (Required).
• Supply Chain & Operations Expertise: Solid understanding and hands-on experience in supply chain,procurement, product costing (Cost Analysis), and inventory management (Required; pure SaaS background is not suitable).
• Relevant Industry Background: Experience in multi-disciplinary industries, defense, cleantech/energy (e.g.,SolarEdge), printing, or complex manufacturing/operational environments.
• Business Partnering: Proven track record working directly with COOs, Operations Managers, or Supply Chain Directors.
• Tech-Forward Mindset: Proficiency or strong adaptability in using AI tools and automation platforms to optimize daily operations.
• Core Competencies: Strong analytical sharp-mindedness, strategic vision beyond spreadsheet modeling,exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to operate independently as a sole function.

• Mobility: Ability to work on-site in Ramat HaHayal 4 days a week, with 1 day a week on-site in Haifa.
