Senior Game Economy Manager

Wanted: Senior Game Economy Manager for a successful global AdTech product company in the center of Tel Aviv (5-minutes-walk from the train). The chosen candidate will be part of the initiation and development of a brand-new product.

This is a rewarding (very high salary) full-time position in a hybrid model (one day a week from home), offering multiple additional benefits. The chosen candidate will spearhead the design and optimization of reward economies and gamified meta-features across leading mobile titles, transforming player incentives into tangible business value.

Operating in a high-velocity, performance-driven environment, this role offers rapid feedback loops where economic decisions directly translate into live KPIs within days. Leveraging an innovative AI-first methodology alongside Product and R&D, the candidate will build cutting-edge econometric simulations to shape monetization strategies at scale.

Job Responsibilities:

● Own the end-to-end design, balance, and roadmap of gamified meta-features and reward economies in close collaboration with Product, Analytics, and R&D teams.

● Build advanced predictive models and econometric simulations to forecast completion rates, reward costs, and player lifetime value, rapidly validating outcomes against live production data.

● Design, implement, and analyze statistically rigorous A/B tests on monetization mechanics and reward structures, directly shipping winning variants to production.

● Pioneer an AI-first workflow utilizing advanced LLM tooling to analyze top-tier titles across multiple genres and architect high-impact player reward systems.

Job Requirements:

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline.

● 4+ years of analytics, economy, or monetization experience in the gaming industry, including 2+ years dedicated to game economy management.

● In-depth mastery of game monetization models, in-game sinks and sources, retention mechanics, and big data analysis.

● Strong hands-on experience developing econometric simulations, predictive models, and running statistical experiments, with expert Excel proficiency (SQL, Python, or causal inference expertise - a significant advantage).

● Genuine passion for mobile gaming across diverse genres, with a forward-thinking mindset and familiarity or experience with agentic AI workflows (e.g., Claude).
