Technical Project Manager | Software Development & Digital

A leading organization in Central Israel is looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join its Digital Division and lead software development and digital projects from requirements gathering through production deployment.

The role involves end-to-end project management, close collaboration with software development, product, QA, UX/UI, and infrastructure teams, and responsibility for project planning, execution, timelines, dependencies, and delivery.

We are looking for a project manager with a strong understanding of software development processes who can coordinate multiple technical and business stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead software development and digital projects from initiation through production deployment.
• Build and manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, and risks.
• Coordinate requirements gathering, development, testing, and implementation activities.
• Work closely with development, product, QA, UX/UI, and infrastructure teams.
• Translate business requirements into technical project tasks and execution plans.
• Manage project priorities and coordinate multiple workstreams.
• Track progress, monitor deliverables, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Manage communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Lead project status meetings and provide regular progress updates.
• Identify project blockers, coordinate solutions, and drive projects toward completion.

Requirements

• Experience managing software development or technology projects.
• Proven experience leading projects end-to-end, from planning through implementation.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience working directly with software development teams and technical stakeholders.
• Experience building project plans, managing timelines, and coordinating multiple tasks.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Background in Systems Analysis or Software Development.
• Relevant academic degree.
