Role Overview:

Join a dedicated systems support team, providing technical assistance and support to end users

The role includes implementing systems, preparing and updating training materials, troubleshooting technical issues, gathering user requirements, and collaborating with development and infrastructure teams

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and support dedicated organizational systems

Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for end users

Prepare and update training materials and documentation

Collect and consolidate user requirements

Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in technical support with knowledge of systems implementation – Mandatory

Experience troubleshooting operational and IT-related issues – Advantage

Experience delivering training and implementing systems for end users – Advantage

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
