Digital & AI Designer JB-5490

A creative advertising agency in the northern region is seeking a Digital & AI Designer for the digital and creative worlds, with a passion for innovation, video, and technology.

The role includes:

Creating stunning visual content for campaigns, working with dynamic ads, editing short and creative videos that incorporate client raw materials, and integrating advanced AI tools into daily workflows.

Areas of responsibility:

• Design and creative for dynamic and static ads for social networks (Meta, TikTok, Google, LinkedIn, and more).
• Editing and creating promo and UGC videos, combining video, light animation (Motion), and raw materials received from the agency's clients.
• Daily use of advanced AI tools (such as Midjourney, Runway, Photoshop AI, CapCut, etc.) to streamline, upgrade, and create unique visuals.
• Adapting creative to different target audiences and a variety of formats to optimize campaigns.
• Working with marketing teams, client management, and the agency's creative department to deliver accurate and innovative outputs, while meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

• At least two years of proven experience as a Digital Designer – mandatory; a portfolio must be attached.
• Excellent proficiency in Adobe software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere / After Effects) – mandatory.
• Proven experience and ability in editing short videos and creating dynamic, action-driven ads – mandatory.
• Proficiency and in-depth familiarity with AI tools for image creation, video, and design automation – mandatory.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media formats, and current creative trends – a significant advantage.
• Creative thinking, independence, precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
