Financial Controller

A leading investment fund management company is seeking an experienced Financial Controller with

strong analytical skills to join its team.

The role includes responsibility for the accounting and financial reporting of the management company

and its managed entities, working closely with local and international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting and financial reporting for the company and related entities.

• Prepare annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

• Manage and review monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.

• Supervise bookkeeping activities, reconciliations, and accounting controls.

• Support investment fund accounting processes, including reviewing monthly valuations and

performance calculations.

• Work closely with fund managers, fund administrators, banks, external auditors, and tax advisors in

Israel and abroad.

• Coordinate audits and tax reporting, and support compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes, financial workflows, and internal

controls.

Requirements

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - required.

• 5-7 years of relevant accounting experience, including experience as a Controller or Assistant Controller

- required.

• Experience in a financial services company, investment firm, investment fund, or another capital

markets organization - an advantage.

• Familiarity with financial instruments, securities, and investment accounting - an advantage.

• Experience preparing financial statements and leading audit processes.

• Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in financial systems.

• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Ability to work independently, with strong attention to detail, a high level of accountability, and the

ability to manage multiple priorities.
