System Administrator and Helpdesk Engineer

Clarity Sec is an Israeli cybersecurity firm that has been operating for close to two decades, providing clients with vCISO services, managed SOC, incident response and security posture assessments. We are recruiting a Systems Administrator and Helpdesk Engineer to support the IT infrastructure of both the company itself and its clients.

The role combines office based work with regular field work at client sites in Israel, as well as remote support for clients abroad. You will be responsible for Clarity Sec's internal IT environment, while also working across a variety of client environments as their technical point of contact day to day.

**Responsibilities**

• Manage and support the company's internal IT infrastructure: workstations, users, licensing, network equipment and office systems

• Respond to requests from company staff and client users, remotely and on site

• Manage and maintain Microsoft infrastructure: Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Windows Server

• Administer Office 365: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, licence and permission management

• Operate and maintain VMware vSphere and ESXi environments

• Manage Fortinet firewalls: policies, VPN, firmware upgrades and monitoring

• Install and configure workstations, servers and network equipment

• Document requests, procedures and changes across all supported environments

**Requirements**

• At least two years of experience in a systems administration or senior helpdesk role

• Practical experience managing Active Directory and Windows Server

• Experience administering Office 365

• Experience working with VMware

• Experience configuring and maintaining FortiGate

• Microsoft, VMware or Fortinet (NSE) certifications

• Experience with cloud platforms: Azure and AWS

• Experience with Nutanix

• Experience with CrowdStrike Falcon

• Familiarity with Intune and Microsoft Defender

• Experience at a service provider supporting several clients in parallel

• Experience supporting international clients or working across time zones

• Valid driving licence (mandatory) and willingness to work in the field

• High level of spoken and written English (mandatory)

• Fluent Hebrew
