Job Description

We are searching for the best talent for Process Improvement Student to be in Ness Ziona.

Production Process Improvement Student

Reports to: Production Manager

Support the Production department in process improvement, operational excellence and production projects, while gaining practical experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives within Production.
• Collect, analyze and present production data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Student will work extensively with Priority ERP
• Support production projects, including planning, coordination, tracking and follow-up of actions.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based trackers, KPIs, dashboards and reports.
• Assist with analysis of production performance, capacity, cycle times and operational efficiency.
• Support improvement and standardization of production processes and documentation.
• Work with Production, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance and other cross-functional teams.
• Participate in problem-solving activities and implementation of improvement actions.
• Perform assigned activities in accordance with GMP, EHS and company procedures.
  
  

• Current B.Sc. student in Industrial Engineering & Management, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Mechanical Engineering or another relevant field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to organize multiple tasks and follow them through to completion.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Hebrew and English communication skills.
• Interest in pharmaceutical manufacturing, process improvement and operational excellence.
  
  

• Experience with data analysis, Power BI or advanced Excel.
• Familiarity with Lean/Continuous Improvement concepts.
• Enabling progressive involvement in Production projects.
