We are looking for an experienced Senior System Infrastructure Engineer to join a large-scale Enterprise environment and take a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex IT infrastructure systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, manage, and maintain complex infrastructure systems in large Enterprise environments
• Build new System environments from the ground up, including infrastructure architecture and configuration
• Manage and upgrade Microsoft infrastructure, Cloud environments, virtualization platforms, and enterprise infrastructure solutions
• Lead complex troubleshooting processes, perform Root Cause Analysis, and provide end-to-end solutions
• Lead infrastructure projects and work closely with vendors, infrastructure teams, and other technology stakeholders
• Provide professional guidance to team members, share knowledge, and create technical documentation
• Drive technological improvements, innovation, and optimization of infrastructure processes

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience as a System Engineer in large Enterprise organizations – mandatory
• Proven experience designing, implementing, managing, and maintaining complex infrastructure environments
• Deep expertise in Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, GPO, Exchange, and PowerShell
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure, including Exchange Online, Identity Management, licensing, migrations, and Hybrid environments
• Significant hands-on experience with VMware and Nutanix, including deployment, maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting
• Strong hands-on experience with Citrix, including administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and VDI environments
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure security solutions, including EDR, PAM, hardening, permissions management, Patch Management, and PKI
• Good understanding of Storage, Backup/DR, monitoring systems, and networking
• Excellent troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis capabilities
• Proven ability to work independently, lead complex projects, and collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders

• Relevant Microsoft Azure certifications, such as AZ-104 or AZ-305
