A leading Israeli law firm specializing in commercial and public law is seeking an attorney to join its Competition Law Department.

A dynamic and growing department handling complex cases and significant legal and regulatory matters.

Job description:

• Leading material competition law matters, from the initial advisory stage through to the management of proceedings.
• Working directly with leading clients in the economy, including understanding business needs, providing legal advice and formulating legal strategy.
• Handling complex projects involving economic analyses, regulatory issues and competition law opinions.
• Working with regulatory authorities and in liaison with various professional parties.
• Drafting legal documents, preparing legal opinions and cooperating with other departments in the firm.

Requirements:

• Significant experience in one or more of the following areas: competition and restrictive trade practices law, commercial law, litigation or commercial litigation, or relevant background in economics.
• High analytical skills and ability to handle complex legal and business issues.

• High service orientation and ability to work with clients and professional counterparts.
