PROJECT MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Managing and overseeing the project and the on-site team (supervisors and quantity surveyors) throughout all project stages*
• Handling engineering and managerial aspects, including quality, budget, client relations, contractors, and schedules*
• Managing and coordinating execution among all parties in accordance with the project phasing, and more*
  
  

• Registered Civil Engineer or Architect – Mandatory*
• At least 7 years of experience in supervision or construction execution – Mandatory*
• Experience managing mega-projects – Mandatory*
• Experience managing work teams and project teams*
• Proactive approach and strong organizational skills*
• Ability to lead the client*
