Construction & Design Sales Engineer

A global, stable and growing company specializing in importing and marketing natural and engineered stone surfaces from abroad is seeking a Sales Engineer for a role that combines sales, technical work, project management and business client support.

The company provides stone and marble solutions for projects in wall and floor cladding, pools, staircases, kitchens, bathrooms and more.

The role includes identifying and advancing commercial projects, working with developers, contractors, architects and professional parties, delivering presentations, reading architectural plans, matching technical and commercial solutions, and providing full project support even after the sales stage – through supply and on-site execution.

This is a full-time position in Herzliya combining office work with field visits.

Requirements:

• Civil Engineer / Architect / Building Technician or Architecture Technician – required
• Experience in construction sales, marketing or project management – required
• Ability to read and understand architectural plans – required
• Very good English, written and spoken – required
• Ability to deliver presentations in English to parties abroad – required
• Experience working with developers, contractors, architects and business clients
• Experience in building materials, aluminum, cladding, flooring, stone or construction industry products
• Technical orientation combined with strong sales ability
• Ability to manage interfaces, service orientation, independence and process leadership
• Enjoys challenges, ability to handle complex projects and solution-oriented thinking
