Financial Controller

Olea Software, a growing investment fund, is looking for a Financial Controller to join its finance team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a newly licensed CPA who has completed their internship and is ready to take the first step into a meaningful role in the business world. You will work closely with the CFO, the fund's partners and companies' CEOs, gain hands-on exposure to the investment world, and play a key part in the fund’s financial operations. This is a hands on role based in TLV district.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the bookkeeping team for the fund and its portfolio companies
• Support the monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes
• Perform reconciliations, controls, and accounting and financial analyses
• Prepare materials for the annual audit and serve as the main point of contact for the external auditors
• Oversee ongoing tax reporting, including VAT, withholding tax and tax advances
• Oversee and control supplier payments
• Manage cash flow
• Build work processes, procedures and internal controls
• Work with a wide range of stakeholders across the fund’s portfolio companies

Requirements

• Licensed CPA who has completed the internship
• Strong proficiency in Excel
• High level of English
• Advantage: experience with accounting software
