Role Description

This is a part-time, remote role for a Financial Controller. The Financial Controller will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, preparing detailed financial reports, overseeing accounting processes, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role involves collaborating with clients to enhance their financial operations and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.

Work closely with the CFO to streamline processes and improve financial visibility

🔹 Position Details

💼 Freelance / Part-time (hourly, invoice-based)

📍 Remote / Hybrid, flexible hours

💰 Rate: 90–200 NIS per hour (based on actual experience level)

Compensation will be aligned with demonstrated experience and capabilities.

🔹 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration

2–5 years of relevant experience (finance, controllership, FP&A)

Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, financial modeling)

Experience with cash-flow management and budget analysis

Familiarity with ERP systems (Priority / SAP / NetSuite – advantage)

Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal English

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

CPA license – advantage

• Highly detail-oriented with organizational and time management abilities
• Experience with financial tools and software
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
• Experience working with startups or multinational companies is a plus
