Signal Processing System Development Engineer

The position involves end-to-end engineering management of advanced multidisciplinary systems that combine FPGA, RF and algorithmics. You will work in a challenging technological environment with skilled and diverse development teams.

Responsibilities:
- Systemic engineering leadership of the development of advanced signal processing systems.
- End-to-end leadership of multidisciplinary FPGA/RF/algorithmic systems.
- Defining system architecture, interfaces and system requirements.
- Guide and professional leadership of engineering and development teams.
- Responsibility for planning, integration and proof of system performance in the laboratory and experiments.
- Responsibility for MOP and AI implementation to improve processes and system performance.
- Hands-on work in the laboratory: performance analysis, tests, fault investigation.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering - mandatory.
- Experience in developing multidisciplinary systems in the field of RF/ SIGINT/ Cellular / Radar / Wireless/ Electronic Warfare - mandatory.
- Experience as a system engineer or architect, including defining interface requirements and system architecture In signal processing systems - mandatory.
- Experience in signal processing and/or development of signal processing algorithms - mandatory.
- Experience in leading and guiding multidisciplinary development teams (algorithms, software, firmware and hardware) - Mandatory.
- Experience in GNSS - advantage.
