Senior System Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Senior System Administrator to join a dynamic, technology-driven environment.

The role combines hands-on infrastructure management, advanced troubleshooting, and leadership of infrastructure projects across on-premises data centers and cloud environments.

What you’ll do:

• Manage and maintain enterprise infrastructure, including virtualization, servers, storage, backup systems, and related components across data centers and cloud environments.
• Administer and support VMware environments, including Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI).
• Manage Microsoft 365 services, including email.
• Maintain Windows Server environments and core infrastructure services, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and SCCM.
• Write and maintain advanced PowerShell scripts to automate infrastructure tasks and processes.
• Partner with development teams to define and support their infrastructure requirements.
• Lead infrastructure projects independently, from planning through implementation.
• Support and guide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams, service desk staff, and technicians.
• Manage infrastructure changes and production releases according to company procedures.
• Troubleshoot complex Tier 2 and Tier 3 issues and help ensure high availability across systems.
• Be available to support critical infrastructure needs outside standard working hours when required.

What we’re looking for:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Systems Administrator or Systems Engineer in a large enterprise environment.
• Experience supporting a hybrid environment with hundreds of servers and thousands of endpoints.
• Extensive hands-on experience managing VMware in an enterprise environment, including HCI. Experience with vSAN is an advantage.
• Proven experience leading infrastructure projects.
• Strong experience writing advanced PowerShell scripts independently.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, SCCM, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, including the ability to research technical topics in English.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to guide technical teams and work across multiple organizational groups.
• A structured, service-oriented approach and the ability to work independently.
