About the Role

Responsibility for improving production yields and quality. Responsibility for providing full engineering support in production processes, and providing engineering solutions to problems arising from the field.

Responsibilities

• Main areas of responsibility
• Ongoing engineering support on the production line and troubleshooting.
• Analysis of product-level failure studies, and identification of root causes.
• Providing solutions to quality problems in production processes.
• Training employees on production lines.
• Accompanying NPI processes.
• Planning production support facilities.
• Engineering documentation in the PLM system.
• Working as interfaces with the development, production and quality departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering - required

Required Skills

• 5 years of experience in mechanical design in a manufacturing environment.
• Mastery of CAD software.
• Experience with production processes in the field of machining / mechanical assemblies.
• Teamwork and interpersonal communication.
• Professional English.

Preferred Skills

• Background in the defense industry / working with quality standards - an advantage
