Business Unit Controller

We are hiring! A global leading commercial real estate services company is looking for a Business Unit Controller to join their finance team.

💼 Role Overview

Oversee financial activities, budgeting, and forecasting for the business unit. Partner with the CFO and management to drive business performance and provide data-driven financial insights.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
• Oversight: Supervise the bookkeeping team and monitor revenues, expenses, and AR collections.
• Budgeting: Lead budget-to-actual analysis, trend optimization, and forecasting.
• Controls: Implement financial procedures and workflows across global interfaces.
• Support: Assist the CFO with cross-functional finance projects.

🎓 Requirements

• CPA & BA in Accounting – Must
• 1+ years post-internship experience – Must
• Big 4 or global corporation background – Preferred
• Advanced Excel proficiency – Must
• Priority ERP experience – Significant Advantage
• Skills: Strong analytical mindset, independent task management, and excellent global communication.
