SOC Analyst Tier 2 | Cyber Security Incident Response

We are looking for an experienced SOC Analyst Tier 2 to join an advanced cybersecurity team at a leading enterprise organization in Central Israel.

The role involves investigating complex cybersecurity incidents, conducting proactive Threat Hunting, and responding to advanced security threats across a large-scale enterprise environment.

You will manage security incidents end-to-end, analyze alerts and security findings, investigate suspicious activity across Endpoint, Identity, Network, and Cloud environments, and collaborate with security and infrastructure teams.

What You'll Do

• Investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents at the Tier 2 level.
• Conduct proactive Threat Hunting to identify suspicious activities and potential threats.
• Analyze security alerts, logs, Indicators of Compromise (IOCs), and attack patterns.
• Investigate incidents across Endpoint, Identity, Network, and Cloud environments.
• Work with advanced cybersecurity tools and security platforms.
• Analyze attacker tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
• Follow Incident Response playbooks and established security procedures.
• Escalate complex incidents and coordinate remediation efforts through resolution.
• Collaborate with SOC, IT infrastructure, networking, and information security teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a SOC Analyst Tier 2 or in a comparable cybersecurity role.
• Hands-on experience in cybersecurity incident investigation and Incident Response.
• Practical experience conducting Threat Hunting activities.
• In-depth knowledge of Endpoint, Identity, Network, and Cloud security environments.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and IT infrastructure.
• Ability to analyze IOCs, TTPs, and complex security events.
• Experience working with cybersecurity tools and security monitoring platforms.
• Strong analytical thinking and independent investigation capabilities.
• Level 1 or Level 2 Israeli security clearance – required.

Availability

• Willingness to work shifts according to team requirements.
• Availability for on-call duties as needed.
