We are growing and looking for an experienced Data Science Team Leader to lead our data science team, drive high-impact client solutions, and bridge the gap between business challenges and production-ready systems. 🚀

This role combines hands-on technical ownership with team leadership, focusing on solving real-world business problems using classical ML and GenAI techniques.

What You Bring (Experience & Expertise)

• Proven Track Record (5+ years): Extensive hands-on experience as a Data Scientist, paired with a solid background in leading, mentoring, and managing data science/analyst teams and owning end-to-end delivery.

• Core Technical Stack: Strong command of Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, NumPy), statistics, and core ML algorithms (XGBoost, Random Forest, Gradient Boosting, regression methods, and clustering).
• 
  
• From Code to Production: Hands-on experience building and delivering models that reached production, working with structured data at scale, and handling real-world, messy data.
• 
  
• Business Acumen & Stakeholder Communication: Experience working directly with business clients, translating ambiguous business needs into clear data science tasks, and presenting insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• 
  
• A Major Plus: Practical experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG architectures, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks (LangChain/LlamaIndex).

What You Will Do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a talented team of data scientists while prioritizing client deliverables and setting high technical standards.

• Design, build, and evaluate machine learning models, taking them from exploratory analysis all the way to production environments.

• Collaborate closely with clients, product teams, and data engineers to ensure successful model adoption and measurable business value.
