UX/UI Studio Manager

We are recruiting a UX/UI Studio Manager for a role combining professional and managerial leadership of a design team, hands-on work on a variety of projects, and leading user experience and interface design processes for the company's clients.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and providing professional leadership for a UX/UI studio, including guidance, mentoring, feedback, and developing the professional skills of team members.
• Combining hands-on work in UX/UI processes, including user research, user experience definition, building User Flows, creating Wireframes, and interface design.
• Leading end-to-end design processes in digital projects, from gathering requirements and understanding user and client needs to delivering the final outputs to development teams.
• Working directly with the company's clients, including understanding business needs, managing UX and design processes, presenting concepts and solutions, and addressing professional challenges.
• Leading a variety of projects in the Web and mobile domains, while adapting solutions to business objectives, target audiences, and technological requirements.
• Creating a consistent design language, developing Design Systems, and maintaining high standards of usability, accessibility, and design consistency.
• Working closely with Product Managers, Project Managers, developers, and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment between user experience, design, and actual implementation.
• Supporting development teams throughout the implementation process, providing design solutions, conducting UI reviews, and ensuring that the final product adheres to the specifications and design language.
• Prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and meeting deadlines while maintaining the quality of deliverables.
• Exploring trends, tools, and innovative methodologies in the UX/UI field and implementing advanced working methods within the studio.

Requirements:

• Significant experience in UX/UI, designing digital products and interfaces.
• Previous experience managing a studio, providing professional leadership, or managing a UX/UI team.
• Hands-on experience in UX definition and interface design.
• Experience working on projects in the Web and mobile domains.
• Experience working directly with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting UX/UI solutions.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, with an emphasis on Figma.
• In-depth understanding of user experience principles, visual hierarchy, usability, and interface design.
• Experience working with development teams and managing the handoff of designs to development.
• Ability to lead, motivate employees, provide feedback, and support the professional development of team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and operate in an environment involving multiple stakeholders.
• Creative and analytical thinking, a systemic perspective, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently.
