Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a Systems Engineer within multidisciplinary projects focused on robotics and autonomous systems.
• Develop and maintain system engineering documentation, including system requirements specifications, interface definitions, and system design documents.
• Support system integration, verification, and validation (V&V) activities.
• Participate in field testing, system evaluations, and analysis of test results.
• Collaborate closely with software, electronics, and algorithm development teams.
• Conduct technology assessments and market research to identify relevant technologies and solutions.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline – Mandatory.
• At least 6 years of experience in Systems Engineering or a relevant engineering field – Mandatory.
• Strong systems-level thinking and the ability to understand complex, multidisciplinary systems.
• Excellent technical documentation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to learn new technologies independently.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with sensors, UAVs, or autonomous systems.
• Experience integrating sensors and weapon systems into vehicle platforms – a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with Command and Control (C2) systems.
• Experience developing systems incorporating Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies.
• Technical military background.
• Valid security clearance.

Additional Information

• Two positions are available for immediate hire.
• The positions are based at our offices in Netanya, in the Kiryat Sapir Industrial Zone, within walking distance of Netanya Sapir railway station.
• One of the positions also involves working at a facility in the Galilee region, making it suitable for candidates based in Northern Israel.
