Information Technology Infrastructure Engineer

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel | Hybrid (2 days remote per week) | Availability for critical incidents outside regular working hours, including 24/7 on-call support.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Entra ID / Identity Infrastructure Engineer to join a large-scale enterprise technology environment.

This hands-on role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise identity and authentication infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Entra ID, application authentication, Conditional Access, and hybrid identity solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory infrastructure.
• Configure and manage application authentication, Single Sign-On (SSO), Conditional Access policies, and Entra Connect.
• Manage authentication protocols, certificates, secrets, and hybrid identity synchronization.
• Develop complex PowerShell scripts for infrastructure automation and identity management.
• Plan and implement infrastructure solutions, upgrades, and production deployments.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams on integrations and technical projects.
• Troubleshoot complex authentication and infrastructure issues, ensuring system availability and performance.

Must-Have Requirements

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft infrastructure technologies.
• Extensive hands-on expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, including Entra Connect and Conditional Access.
• Strong knowledge of authentication protocols, including Kerberos, SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
• Proven experience with Active Directory infrastructure and hybrid identity environments.
• Proven ability to develop complex PowerShell scripts independently.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities, independent problem-solving skills, and excellent teamwork.

Nice-to-Have Requirements

• Experience configuring application authentication, SSO integrations, certificates, and client secrets.
• Familiarity with Microsoft infrastructure technologies, including Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, and SQL Server.
• Experience with Python or other programming languages.
• Familiarity with Linux environments.
